The Mechanics

Our Donor Trees consist of 3 main elements

• A trunk, which is made of cast bronze or lightweight carved wood
• Branches, also made of bronze or carved wood
• Leaves, made of bronze, silver or gold coloured metal

There can also be brass or bronze rocks around the base.

The leaves are attached to large Lucite (plexiglass) panels which are pre-drilled with fixing holes for the screws which attach the leaves and holes for attaching the panels to the wall..

The trees are supplied with a full size paper template which is used to easily and accurately position the holes for attaching the trunk, branches and Lucite panels to the wall.
